Can I visit the castle and the park of Langeais with my dog ? Yes, dogs are allowed on a leash in the castle and the park of Langeais.
Do you have a ticket only for the park of the castle? No, the ticket includes the visit of the castle and the park.
Am I allowed to picnic in the park? Yes, picnics are allowed but there are no facilities for them.
How long does it take to visit the castle and the park of Langeais ? You should allow about 1h30 to 2h for the visit of the castle and the park of Langeais.
Can I pay with a vacation voucher? Yes, only at the ticket office.
Can I go out to lunch and come back to continue my visit ? Yes, you just have to show your tickets at the ticket office.
Am I allowed to take pictures in the castle? Yes, photos without flash are allowed.
Can I visit the castle with my stroller? No, strollers are not accepted for the interior tours. You must leave them at the reception desk and take them back to visit the gardens and park.
Can I leave my luggage with my bicycle or helmet? Yes, you can leave your small luggage at the reception of the castle.
Can I access the store without buying a ticket? Yes, the store is accessible without a ticket.
Can I access the castle in a wheelchair? Yes, we offer the possibility of reserved access for wheelchair users by appointment at 02 47 96 72 60. The visitor in a wheelchair must be accompanied by an able-bodied person during the entire visit (crossing inclined planes, gravelled paths and slopes on the outside). Only the first floor of the castle is accessible. You can take a virtual tour of the castle using a tablet given to you at the reception desk.
Where can I park? There are free parking lots around the castle. Some of them require a blue disc.
Is there a bike park? Yes, there is an unsupervised parking lot near the castle (rue Foulque Nerra).

Do I have to buy my tickets online ? Do I have to make a reservation?
No, you can buy your tickets directly on site, no reservation is required for the visit of the castle. Only certain events require a reservation (see the agenda on the website).
I have a child under 10 years old, do I have to buy a ticket for him/her even though it is free? Yes, all children between 6 and 9 years old must have a ticket.
Will buying a ticket online allow me to skip the line? No. Tickets purchased online do not cut the line, but during busy periods, they can facilitate your access to the visit.
I bought my tickets online, what should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?
- Check that you have updated your inbox. If you still haven't received a confirmation, check your spam folder. Check the spelling of your email address in your personal information. If it is wrong, it is not possible to correct it. Call 02 47 96 72 60 or write to us at contact@chateau-de-langeais.com so that we can find your ticket and send it to you.
Can I change or cancel my ticket? No, after payment the ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable (see Terms and Conditions).
Which payment methods are accepted on the online ticketing service ? Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Carte bleue).
I have a problem with the payment of my order "payment refused":

What are the payment security guarantees? In order to ensure the security of purchases on the online ticketing service, the Château de Langeais uses a secure payment site called "Payzen". The site is equipped with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer -and 3D secure) encryption protocol and the new "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard securecode" credit card authentication control standards to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card by third parties.
I was not able to use or will not be able to use my ticket on the date of reservation, what should I do?
